I learn so many things in class that I am amazed on how many things I know. I think at all the programs we learn PowerPoint was my favorite. I had fun working on a Mac computer and learn to actually like the computer because before the class I was all into Mac computers at all. I found myself missing the Mac computers in half of the quarter just because I like the programs that Mac has to offer like Garage Band. I had a blast doing my own tune in Garage Band I learn so much more than I expected. I learn so much things that you can do on certain programs that I wasn’t aware of. For example, in the beginning of the class my PowerPoint presentations were dull and boring. I had no idea that you can make a presentation fun and appealing to the eye. I found out that PowerPoint Presentations are a great way to get your point out to an audience .I started using PowerPoint for other classes and I think I can even type faster now. I feel very confident when using a computer and I feel lost without one because I love using one. I learn more than just programs but different ways to network online and how the internet works. I will know want to own my own Mac and continue to learn about computers and their programs although it’s hard to come across someone that can teach you both. I learn that you can pretty much use a computer to do anything and for anything like Access is great to have around and know how to use well when owning you own business. I would like to own all of the Office programs and feel the need to know very well for any career. I would no longer be shy to learn new programs but will want to so much more. I like using Publisher I feel that that program will come in handy and it’s a fun program to use. The next program I would like to learn is Photoshop.

Well what grade to I think I deserve? Midterm wasn’t so great, Attendance and Professionalism and I think I did fantastic. Final well have done all of it yet but the group project was okay. I did all my assignments and even though I was learning new things while I was doing them and I did struggle overall I think I did good. So I guess my grade would have to be an A-

Will put all information together and have time to view final presentation together.

My YouTube Experience

Well I never had a YouTube account so it was a very amusing experience creating an account and posting a video. I always knew about YouTube but I thought that some videos on their have no point. I do enjoy a good laugh that’s always fun and you can also learn through these videos. For example, I was doing research on this upcoming designer and I love visuals so what better way than hearing the information you need from the person you’re doing research on. Sometimes when you go online you hear different things about the person or a subject and it’s nice to have accurate information. My concept for my video was to do something funny since it had to be short. Who doesn’t enjoy a good laughs right? It nice to make fun of serious things and play with people’s emotions. I wasn’t serious at all on what I was saying in this video I was messing around and I hope I am not taking too serious. I wish that my video could have been clearer but what can you do? You can really understand what I am saying in the video and I guess that is kind of a good thing but you do get the idea I hope. I did like the fact that I pretended to punch my classmate and I did look very realistic. I came up with the idea very quickly having no prior experience ever shooting a YouTube video ever in my life. I did learn quite a few things don’t shot videos during class or people will get mad at you, talk loud, use your zoom in and zoom out button. When seeing videos don’t take them to serious because if you can’t make fun of yourself then you have no sense of humor.

My experience with viruses

What experiences have I have with viruses? Well I can only remember one right now that doesn’t mean that that’s my only experience but the only one I can remember. I know virus make your computer go very slow and it’s really hard to browse the internet when your computer is not operating correctly. I think that when viruses get into your computer it takes some of your storage and they are very hard to get rid of. Many people say that viruses are floating around on the web and that you should never click on pop ups or go into web sites that you don’t know about. Most of the times when I am online I get a pop up saying “you just won” or “do you want to know who your crush is?” I never even think of clicking on them twice. It is very important to protect your computers; you can find many different kinds software that will help you protect your computers. Sometimes when you do protect your computer you can’t help to still get viruses on your computer sure the software you buy can help but they are some viruses that seem just not go away. It is very helpful to learn on how to deal with viruses because it is something that comes in handy when owning a computer. Now these days everyone uses a computer for work, school or even just for fun and is very important that our computers are up and running. I had a computer that will always get different kind of viruses no matter how many times I got it fix and I couldn’t figure it out why. Getting your computer fix was very expensive but I started thinking maybe the more things you have on your computer or even downloads can cause a chaos of viruses!!!

Pictures

Today I was outside exploring the wild side of myself, taking pictures. Well when people take pictures then don’t realize how artistic a picture could be. Photography is just a way of self-expression just like any other kind of art. I really love art and I have a really keen eye for visuals so I very picky when working with them. What I learn today is that I like to have my options open when I need to pick pictures. I found myself directing others and getting frustrated if I didn’t get the image I pictured in my head. When you have an image or even an idea of what you want you want to get it. Sometimes you have to try different ideas and try different poses to be very creative. I like shadows and with a camera you can bring to life if you have the right angle. I also discover and kind of knew this that facial expressions are very important in an image. What is very important on pictures as a well as facial expressions is your body language and they work well together you can’t have one without the other. Sometimes in complicated poses it’s hard to keep a good facial expression. If your body language is good your face needs to look good so when you r image is looked at there is a flow. It’s very talented that you can capture beauty through lens because it’s one thing is seeing beauty but its great when you can capture it. Sometimes when you take pictures one after another you do a pattern where if seen one after another you see motion. The best pictures are the pictures that are very natural sometimes it’s hard to relax the body when the spotlight is put one you but when  you they make best pictures.

My opinion on Twitter

Well I have plenty to say about Twitter to me I does not make any sense. I guess I do have good and bad things to say about Twitter. I guess it is a good place to network but I wouldn’t say it’s the best. How can you really verified yourself and identify yourself? You can’t! We have some people that are saying they are a celebrity and that just means you just don’t have anything to do. Twitter for me is a big waste of time is just you looking at text of someone’s daily information how boring. How can we trust anyone on line especially when all you’re doing is sending messages back and forth? See at least with my space or blog you can add friends you know and stay in touch with old friends from school. The positive things about Twitter are that you are going to know about the big social events, you can get a job and maybe meet friends if they are legit. Knowing the big social events in any industry can be a benefit for many because it can help you meet now people and have connections. I guess that the saying is true” it is about what you know but who you know”. For example, if you’re a designer you can meet models in these social events or even other designers and friends in the long run. Why are people so obsessed with celebrities? That they need to keep track of them through a website I don’t think that is safe for that celebrity. What if they are like I am going shopping at this store and a stocker follows them or meets them there? I think people know only have Twitter not because it’s fun but because a competition of how many followers they can have.

Windows Love?

In Windows I would want to learn about things that would be useful in business and in school. For example, I am fond that are going to learn about the power point program because that can be useful for presentations. I already have some experience but more you learn the better so it is things like that I would like to learn. Stuff that I can put myself in a test and know how to use. I would want to know things that if I work for any company I can apply those skills in that job or even better my career. I know that Windows has a variety of programs that are really useful to know in school and really cool to have. You can incorporate the skills you gain to even owning your own business. If Window has more programs that apply to work experience then the better.
I been using Windows all my life but I have not come to know all the programs in Windows so if I can learn about all the programs or the most beneficial then that be awesome. I haven’t really experience with the Excel program so that will be really interesting if I can learn more about that since I did have fun working with graphs and charts. One question I do have is if they are any music programs on the Windows since I did have a lot fun doing Garage band one the Mac. Once I start using Windows since I am so used of the Mac then it makes me prefer Windows. I find that very interesting since when I started the class I did prefer Windows but maybe my opinion might once again change. Actually learning a lot of information on the Mac makes me thing is my love for Windows die?
